The Bland County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on November 23, 2021 at 5:00 pm at the Bland County Courthouse. The subject of the public hearing will be a Proposed Ordinance to create a Regional Industrial Facility Authority with Smyth and Washington Counties, Virginia and other regional localities.
