(Bland County, Virginia) – Local Emergency: open-air burning banned in Bland County, effective Friday, June 28, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.

Due to the near drought-like conditions and lack of significant rainfall in the forecast, Bland County has issued an open-air burning ban.

 Bland County will lift the ban once conditions have improved.
