Treasurer's Office Announces Free Online Payment Option

TREASURER’S OFFICE ANNOUNCES FREE ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION

The Bland County Treasurer’s Office is excited to announce an additional online payment option with no convenience fee. This has been made possible through the continued partnership between the Treasurer’s Office and First Sentinel Bank. “We are excited to expand our payment options, especially when they come with no convenience fee. First Sentinel Bank has been an incredible partner to Bland County, and I am thankful for our continued partnership”, said Adam Kidd, Treasurer.

“We are so pleased to be able to expand the wonderful relationship we currently have with the County of Bland,” said John Thompson, First Sentinel Bank President and CEO. “This added service is being provided at no additional cost to benefit every citizen of the county and to further solidify the collaboration between First Sentinel Bank and the County of Bland.”

The new payment portal will serve as an addition to the existing one. The online payment URL billpay.bland.org will soon take citizens to the Treasurer’s Website where they will be provided with two additional links. One will be the original payment portal where citizens may view and pay their bills with a credit/debit card. The other link will be to the new payment portal with First Sentinel Bank where citizens may pay their bills using ACH at no cost.
